Role:



Due to a well deserved retirement, we are seeking a dedicated Concierge - Receptionist to join our team! The Concierge - Receptionist is the first point of contact at the Community and will greet all internal and external customers that come into the community. The Concierge should have a positive and warm 'Yes I Can' attitude in providing the customer service needs of our retirement communities.





Responsibilities:




  • Answer and direct all in-coming phone calls

  • Greet all customers and direct them as needed

  • Have working knowledge as to the roles and responsibilities of management staff

  • Ability to communicate effectively the services and products that Community offers

  • Assist Business Manager with AP coding, statements, and Resident Trust Fund
