Clean, clear and reset tables after guests leave. Support server in refilling water, drinks and anything the guest requests. Support Back Assistant with dishes, sanitation and prep. Pack carry out orders. Delivery as needed.

Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Clear tables after guests. MUST pay attention to detail by making sure all chairs and tables are THOROUGHLY cleaned.
Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop. Make sure sauces are filled and tables have adequate plates and utensils.
Organize duties by prepping before shift and cleaning up after shift.
Make sure there are adequate amount of utensils, napkins and carry out supplies for shift. Keep track of inventory.
Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
Thank guests as they are leaving or greet when they come in.
Pack carry out orders and deliver carry out orders as needed.
Be able to help out as needed or as directed by a manager or supervisor.
