This isn't just a job; it's an apprentice opportunity where you'll gain invaluable experience assisting seasoned Service Technicians with the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of exquisite in-ground pools. If you're eager to learn, enjoy physical work, and are ready for a growth opportunity, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do & Learn:

  • Become a Water Chemistry Expert: Accurately test pool water for pH levels, chlorine concentrations, and other vital chemicals. You'll gain hands-on experience adding the necessary compounds like chlorine, algaecide, calcium, and pH adjusters to maintain perfect water chemistry.
  • Support & Grow: Work side-by-side with experienced technicians, proactively anticipating their needs and preparing materials for tasks. You'll learn essential installation, service, and repair techniques, setting you on a path to becoming a Service Technician yourself!
  • Ensure Impeccable Service: Maintain an organized and stocked service vehicle, meticulously complete work orders, record all activities (including before/after photos and chemical readings), and ensure job sites are kept clean and safe.
  • Safety First: Consistently follow and promote crucial safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

  • A true team player who follows directions and completes tasks efficiently.
  • A strong drive to advance into a Service Technician role.
