Regional Program Manager

The Office of Coordinated Care & Regional Supports is looking for someone just like you to work as their Regional Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position:

  • Directs and/or evaluates processes and practices within their region of the state; consider duties and responsibilities by providing feedback and recommendations in the monthly Program Manager Meetings
  • Represents the program in a professional and collaborative manner to community stakeholders
  • Engage in community outreach
  • Is aware of and understands program data; tracks and updates monthly federal grant data
  • Supervises the Intensive Care Coordinators and Family Peer Support Specialist(s); supervisory duties include:
  • Onboarding and termination process for all of their employees
  • 1x a week supervision to review each workforce member’s caseloads, provide brainstorming and and support with challenging cases, review and audit the electronic health record, address deficiencies and follow up to include potential corrective or disciplinary actions, gather grant specific data from the Intensive care coordinator, having difficult conversations and providing feedback
  • Provides mentorship and coaching in the community with workforce on their visits with children, youth, young adults and families
  • Reviews workforce in the field face-to-face hours with a goal to support workforce in reaching and maintaining a 50% standard
  • Supports and enforces policies and procedures of DHHS
  • Hold a monthly staff meeting
  • Assisting workforce with effective time management skills
  • Maintain fleet vehicles maintenance 
  • Manage referrals
  • Oversee the program census
  • Implement any trainings or changes at a region wide level

 

Qualifications

Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:

  • Bachelor degrees
  • 10 years of experience in a social services related field
  • 3-5 years experience supervising a workforce including: hiring, delegating, initiating corrective or disciplinary action
  • Knowledge of state and community child and adult-serving agencies 
  • Knowledge of principles, theories, and practices of business administration including accounting, human and material resource management in organizations, sales and marketing, economics, organizing systems, public relations and performance management

Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications: 

  • Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent
  • Licensure and/or have 10+ years of experience working in a social services related field
  • Master’s degree in an applicable field.
