Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    Collect and maintain files of Service Provider agreements, permits, licenses, W9’s and insurances.
•    Screen agreements for accuracy in accordance with the 119SEIU Child Care Funds guidelines.
•    Enter Service Provider agreement information and terms into KIDS database system, review errors and make immediate corrections.
•    Assist Provider Engagement Supervisor with preparations for yearly meetings/training with providers.
•    Assist Provider Engagement Supervisor with fee negotiations, splits and comparing fees with existing agreements.
•    Provide assistance to provider’s inquiries and issues regarding agreements and documents submitted.
•    Maintain Service Provider Scan folder with current documents, including agreements, amendments, licenses, permits, W-9’s, commitment listings and insurance certifications and workflow.
•    Enter discounts, withdrawal fees and maintain notes in KIDS
•    Report provider’s changes or issues to Service Provider Coordinator that would affect the Fund and its members.
•    Assist Provider Engagement Supervisor in maintaining ongoing communications and positive relationship between CCF and Service Providers, email blasts, deadline reminders, response to emails, and phone     inquiries.
•    Edit, revise, and update the Active Provider Site annually with new information.
•    Participate in annual registration for CCF and other events (i.e. camp visits and outreach events).
•    Serve as Liaison for CCF with providers to communicate policies and procedures related to provider’s Commitment Agreement.
•    Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
 

Qualifications:
•    Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent or combination of education and years of camp experience.
•    Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative related capacity.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – oral, written and listening.
•    Presentation/Public speaking skill a desired.
•    Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends and evenings required.
