Responsibilities

    • Business Operations & Financial Oversight (Ownership | Judgment):

    Ensure payroll accuracy, budget alignment, and proper staffing. Monitor inventory and expenses to reduce waste and maintain fiscal discipline.

    • Clinical & Utilization Oversight (Judgment | Urgency):

    Review emergency send-outs and offsite utilization for timeliness and cost impact. Spot trends and partner with site leaders to address overuse or inefficiencies quickly.

    • Compliance & Task Management (Reliability | Communication):

    Track task completion and workflow adherence in line with policy, NCCHC/ACA standards, and contract requirements. Provide clear operational reports to regional leadership.

    • Workflow & Performance Accountability (Agility | Ownership):

    Identify barriers to performance, escalate when needed, and lead corrective actions that improve site-level results. Hold teams accountable to operational expectations.

    • Staff Development & Leadership Support (Communication | Agility):

    Mentor site managers in financial management, compliance, and utilization. Promote consistency and best practices across all facilities while developing emerging leaders.


Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    • 3–5 years of healthcare management experience; correctional healthcare preferred
    • Proven success in healthcare operations
    • Strong analytical and communication skills with a bias toward action
    • Ability to prioritize in fast-moving environments and lead through change
    • Must meet background and clearance requirements
