Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Interns to join the Renewals team. This role will support Renewals Sales Analysts (RSAs) in driving successful data presentation on renewals across SMB, Enterprise (ENT), and ESB segments within the US territory. 

The intern will play a critical role in creating high-quality account review decks, conducting in-depth account research, and ensuring timely deliverables that directly impact renewal readiness and revenue retention. 

This is a high-ownership role with measurable KPIs and direct exposure to revenue operations.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • 0–2 years of experience (internship or entry-level experience acceptable) 
  • B.E/B.Tech
  • Willingness to work in US Shift (4 PM – 1 AM IST) 
  • Commitment for 6 months of internship.

  1. Account Review Deck Creation
  • Create customized account review decks for assigned RSAs and CAMs. 
  • Ensure accurate representation of account insights, product usage, contracts, and opportunities. 
  • Tailor decks based on segment (SMB, ENT, ESB) and customer profile. 
  • Deliver decks within defined SLAs to support renewal timelines. 
  1. Account Research & Insights

Conduct comprehensive research on internal tools – SalesForce, PowerBi on assigned accounts, including: 

  • Product usage and adoption trends 
  • Nexus alerts and compliance-related insights 
  • Products currently used and potential expansion opportunities 
  • Contract details, renewal dates, and pricing information 
  • Relevant business updates impacting renewal conversations 
  1. Repository & Content Management
  • Maintain and update the centralized deck repository. 
  • Ensure version control and template consistency. 
  • Incorporate new updates from Marketing (product launches, messaging, positioning). 
  • Customize content based on account and territory requirements. 
  1. Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with designated RSAs. 
  • Handle deck creation for a defined set of accounts. 
  • Ensure seamless coordination to meet renewal timelines. 

 

Required Skills 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Strong research and analytical skills 
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel) 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict timelines
