Job Description

Lead the Stage. Coordinate the Show. Bring the Performance to Life.

We’re looking for an experienced Stage Manager to oversee stage operations and performance coordination across The Brook’s entertainment venues, including the Outdoor Stage, Indoor Showroom Stage, and Conservatory Stage. In this role, you’ll manage both advance production planning and day-of-show execution, ensuring concerts, performances, and special events run smoothly from load-in to final curtain.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate production details and technical requirements in advance of performances
Review artist riders, stage plots, and technical needs with the Production Manager
Manage stage operations during rehearsals, soundchecks, and live performances
Supervise stagehands during load-in, setup, show operations, and strike
Coordinate stage transitions and maintain an organized, professional backstage environment

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in stage management, live production, or venue operations
Experience working in live music venues, theaters, casinos, or entertainment venues preferred
Strong organizational and production coordination skills
Experience supervising stagehands or technical crews
Working knowledge of live audio, lighting, and stage production processes
