  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path visibility
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with client and operational stakeholders in a live aviation environment
  • Contribute to project reporting, documentation control, and updates for leadership
  • Support identification and management of risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Assist with tendering, contract administration, and subcontractor coordination
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Education, Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Experience delivering projects or asset replacement programs in a similar role
  • Exposure to live operational environments (aviation, transport, healthcare, or similar complex settings)
  • Understanding of facilities management or project delivery environments
  • Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Project Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Construction Industry General Induction Card (White Card)
  • Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, and project systems (e.g. Procore or similar)
  • Clear and thoughtful communication style with strong stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across teams

Desirable:

  • Trade or technical background (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
  • Experience in airport or large infrastructure environments
  • Engineering or construction-related qualifications
  • Membership with AIPM, Engineers Australia, or similar
