Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:



The Ticket Booth Staff is responsible for selling tickets, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests visiting the waterpark.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:




  1. Sell admission tickets, season passes, and rental equipment to guests visiting the waterpark. Provide information about ticket prices, park attractions, and special promotions to assist guests in making purchasing decisions.

  2. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

  3. Greet guests warmly and assist them with ticket purchases, inquiries, and requests. Provide directions and information about park amenities, attractions, and safety guidelines. Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

  4. Promote waterpark attractions, events, and special offers to guests to encourage additional purchases and repeat visits. Cross-sell and upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

  5. Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols and first aid response. Monitor guest behavior and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.

  6. Keep ticket booth are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, including tickets, brochures, and promotional materials. Perform basic maintenance tasks on ticketing equipment as needed.

  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
