Bookkeeping & Reconciliation Specialist (QuickBooks + LendSaas)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support a reconciliation project involving financial data from QuickBooks and LendSaas. The primary responsibility will be to review, match, and resolve discrepancies between both systems to ensure accurate financial reporting. Tasks include verifying transactions, reconciling loan payouts and repayments, auditing income and expense entries, correcting data inconsistencies, and preparing summary reports of findings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS or lending-related financial workflows. Accuracy, organization, and confidentiality are essential.
