Job Description

Position Department: Communication and Organizational Leadership



Position School: College of Health and Human Sciences



Overview:

The Department of Communication and Organizational Leadership seeks part-time faculty who will periodically teach courses in public relations or advertising. These are undergraduate courses that might have 20+ students registered.



Responsibilities:

The instructor will teach appropriate PR or ADV principles associated with the course, grade assignments, lead with professionalism and enthusiasm, and hold office hours consistent with the part-time faculty contract.



Minimum Qualifications:

The applicant must have at least a Master's degree in a relevant communication discipline and must have professional experience in the PR or ADV industry. Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
