We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. CERTIFIED RV Technicians are ideal- Hourly pay relative to level of work experience; available weekly production bonuses, add an additional 20% to total weeks pay.

Responsibilities:

Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. The primary duties will include:

• Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers.
• Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system.
• Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletins.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
• Willing to learn all aspects of RV repair including house repairs
• Current certification (RVIA/RVDA/RVTI) OR interest in completing online training courses for RVIA certification
