• Experience managing security groups and user accounts for staff, students, and guardians which includes role-based security and MFA to protect critical data
• Experience in monitoring system health to ensure optimal performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing fixes
• Skills in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for task automation.
• The ability to develop and maintain systems documentation and technical assistance manuals
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Two years of successful experience in application design and programming
