Your key focus will be partnering with our Futures Sales and Execution teams and supporting all facets of the sales process including client onboarding, annual credit reviews, risk management processes, ad-hoc reporting and customer support, while maintaining customer data and documents in the customer database.
You will engage directly with senior sales and execution leads to drive the onboarding processes for our new clients, ensure smooth and compliant integration into our services. You will oversee the onboarding pipeline with tasks such as requesting credit limits, opening new accounts, conducting KYC, engaging with clients and legal teams, and initiating cases in the CRM platform.
This role is designed for someone who can grow beyond a purely operational remit. The right candidate will be comfortable in a client facing environment, able to represent the business professionally, and develop a strong commercial understanding of client needs and market structure. Over time, there is a clear pathway for this role to develop into broader relationship management and/or sales responsibilities for candidates who demonstrate the capability and appetite.
