Job Description

What you will do
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to support one of Klarna’s most senior leaders. In this position, you will operate at the center of Klarna’s global commercial organization, enabling focus, execution, and operational excellence. You will manage complex priorities, coordinate across senior stakeholders, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You will also bring structure to ambiguity by improving workflows, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring strong follow-through on key decisions and actions.

Who you are
• 4–6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience supporting C-level or executive leadership
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to operate independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and external stakeholders
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Strong judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

Awesome to have
• Experience supporting executives in commercial, sales, revenue, or go-to-market organizations
• Experience working in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or technology companies
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizations
• Interest in strategy, operations, or leadership development
