Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant - 1st/2nd Grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must have an Associates Degree, completion of 60 college credit hours, or have passed the Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment.

Minimum hourly rate of pay will be based upon the Approved FY27 Support Staff Pay Scale.

This is a 10-month position.
