Job Description

As a  Care & Support Worker, you’ll deliver dignified personal care and meaningful daily support for our clients.

Pay/Rate

Across London boroughs 

Days, long days, nights, weekends (rota dependent)

£13.85 – £15.00 per hour (varies by assignment and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Person‑centred personal care and support with daily living tasks for our clients.
  • Hydration support and nutrition/meal preparation.
  • Medication support (as trained and delegated).
  • Social inclusion and community participation.
  • Accurate record‑keeping, handovers, and incident reporting.
  • Safeguarding and infection control; timely escalation of concerns.

Requirements:

    • Kind, compassionate and calm approach; strong communication skills.
    • Full UK driving licence (desirable) and willingness to travel between visits.
    • Ability to support active community days; some packages involve extended walking.
    • Right to work in the UK; willingness to complete mandatory training.
