Country Club of Asheville is seeking an energetic, service-minded Tennis Professional to join our growing racquet sports team. This hands-on, member-facing role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate tennis professional who enjoys teaching, building relationships, and creating memorable member experiences in one of North Carolina’s most desirable mountain communities.
Working closely with the Director of Tennis and Pickleball, this position will support a full calendar of lessons, clinics, camps, socials, tournaments, events, and daily racquet sports operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly base rate, clinic rates, and performance-based commissions tied to lessons, programming, and member engagement. This role offers strong earning potential for a motivated professional, with income opportunities growing as the pro builds relationships, increases participation, and becomes established within the club.
Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a daily complimentary staff meal.

- Coaching experience required
- Collegiate tennis experience preferred
- USPTA or PTR certification preferred
