Job Description

Pembroke Academy seeks a long term substitute Special Education teacher to provide specially designed instruction to students as well as oversee all aspects of their specialized educational programs from approximately late to April or May through the end of the school year, 6/19/26.  Candidates should have experience and understanding of the Special Education process and  the skills needed  to provide direct instruction that meets the  needs of the students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Candidates should also demonstrate  strong interpersonal skills lending to successful collaboration with classroom teachers, families, related service providers, and other members of the educational team.  A high level of professionalism and desire to work within the team model are a must. NH Certification in General Special Education is required.
