EmotiCare is seeking a motivated and passionate Youth Outreach Coordinator to support community engagement and expand awareness of our services. This role focuses on building relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to connect youth and families with needed resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of services

• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and providers

• Conduct outreach through presentations, events, workshops, and health fairs

• Track outreach activities and engagement metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams on outreach initiatives

• Identify opportunities to expand community presence

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of behavioral health, outreach, or case management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI guidelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and goal-driven
