About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health information.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Rhode Island.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to transfer clients safely.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
