PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To coordinate installation of new equipment, provide daily emergency relief,
and preventive maintenance service pertaining to plumbing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Master License or Journeyman License with 2 years experience
High school graduate or hold a GED certificate
Have an acceptable driving record to standards developed by the Department of Public Safety and the Texas Education Agency (10 point system)
Special knowledge/Skills:
Fire Marshall Gas Test, kitchen equipment, boilers, water heaters, gas heaters, air lines, water lines, septic tanks and grease traps
Ability to supervise
Ability to follow instructions and get along with co-workers
Ability to use technology required to perform the job
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and carry out written or oral instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measuring, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed throughout the work day
Ability to work with others in a good temperament manner at all times
Minimum Experience:
Have 2 years experience in the commercial plumbing industry
