How you'll make an impact Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals and user requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gain insights into user behaviour. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Ensure design consistency and quality across the product by maintaining design systems and guidelines. Mentor junior UX designers, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Advocate for user-centric design practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovative design solutions. About you Experience: 5+ years (Recommended to have Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science/ BCA / BSC or related certifications) Expertise in user experience design principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers. Ability to lead and mentor junior designers. Strong aptitude in critical thinking, problem-solving, and design strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments. Strong listening and collaboration skills to work seamlessly in teams. Deep understanding of current design trends and emerging technologies.
