What You'll Own

• Bring projects to life — Translate architectural plans and customer specs into detailed fabrication drawings and shop instructions using AutoCAD, with 3D modeling in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks when the job calls for it
• Be the technical backbone — Develop and maintain complete Bills of Materials that keep manufacturing running without a hitch
• Collaborate at the center of it all — Work directly with project managers, production teams, architects, contractors, and customers to nail design intent and drive approvals across the finish line
• Set the standard — Maintain drafting templates, organize project databases, and keep CAD standards tight so the whole team stays efficient and consistent
• Solve real problems — When technical challenges hit, you're the person in the room with the answers, supporting shop personnel, PMs, and field crews alike
• Keep growing — Contribute to team meetings, mentor on best practices, and be part of a culture that's always pushing to do it better

Requirements
