About you:- Strong MS PowerBI skills.
- Good experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Good MS Excel skills
- Data analysis, Business analysis
- Database management and reporting
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Review and validate customer data as it’s collected
- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
- Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases
- Monitor analytics and metrics results
- Good knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Python & R.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
