Joe Basil Chevrolet, one of Western New York’s most trusted and highest-volume dealerships, is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused, experienced Auto Damage Estimator to join our growing team. Location: 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043

Pay Range: $50,000-$75,000/yr

What You'll do:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional, friendly manner
• Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using dealership software
• Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and internal team members regarding repair plans and timelines
• Review and verify parts pricing, labor times, and repair procedures
• Maintain strong follow-up on repair status, approvals, and customer updates
• Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards and collision industry guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair procedure

Requirements

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous collision repair estimator experience required
• NYS Estimator license required
• Strong understanding of auto-body repair processes and insurance procedures
• Excellent communication, time management & administrative skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The ability to work a full-time 5-day work week that will include occasional Saturdays
