$66K–$150K+ | Busy Shop | Up to $10K Relocation
Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring an experienced Flat Rate Technician who knows how to produce, diagnose, and get work done.
This is a production-based role for a skilled technician—not an entry-level position. If you’re turning hours but not getting the support, workflow, or pay you should be—this is your opportunity to level up.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Handle a mix of heavy line, electrical, and drivability work
- Maintain strong productivity and flagged hours
- Use factory tools and follow proper repair procedures
- Work closely with advisors to keep jobs moving
What We’re Looking For
- Proven flat-rate technician experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to consistently produce and flag hours
- Professional attitude and team mindset
European or Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus—but not required.
We’ll train the right technician on the brand.
