Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting recruiting and hiring efforts across KMG and its subsidiaries, including DirtWorks Drainage, Advanced TechWorks, TerraWorks, and Lane Logix. This role assists with sourcing candidates, posting job openings, coordinating interviews, communicating with applicants, and supporting onboarding activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Post and maintain job openings on recruiting platforms
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
- Collaborate with managers regarding staffing needs
- Support recruiting initiatives across multiple subsidiaries
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information
- Perform additional administrative and recruiting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, HR, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and online systems
Work Schedule:
Part-Time, 15–20 hours per week
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
Work Environment:
Office or hybrid office environment with occasional travel to the office as needed.
