Customer Care Representative (Automotive Sales and Service Department)
Join a team that puts customer experience first. At North Brothers Ford, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Care Representative to be a key part of our growing service department.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule service appointments and ensure a smooth check-in experience
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Coordinate and manage a small fleet of loaner vehicles for customer convenience
- Support the service team by following processes and ensuring accurate communication
- Answer incoming phone leads for new and used car department
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and scripts
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Previous experience in customer service or automotive service processes is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset.
