As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
  • Process payments and issue room keys
  • Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate reservation records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve
  • Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
