Job Description

Description

This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the players’ club representatives. They will assist the Representatives in enrolling new Reef Rewards members, assist all members in new promotions and sell Silver Reef goods such as concert tickets.

 

Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma or GED required, a college degree preferred and/or equivalent
work experience
• One (1) to Three (3) years casino marketing or players services experience required
• Must be able to work a variety of schedules, long hours, evenings, weekends and
holidays
• Excellent management skills (time, interpersonal relations, communication skills)
• Excellent guest service/people skills, has the ability to communicate with all levels of
employees and guests.
• Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills, read, write and speak
English.
• Courteous and friendly demeanor.

 

Licensing Requirements:


• Class 2 Gaming License

 

Essential Job Functions:


• Interpersonal communication skills to properly coach Reef Rewards Representatives.
• Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the Players Club
Card
• Answer clearly and understand all guest questions.
• Recognizes frequent guests.
• Recognize abusers of program and inform supervisor and manager
• Makes necessary corrections concerning guests’ information in the computer system.
• Maintains contact with other departments.
• Inform supervisor of all pertinent information that may affect the functioning of the
Players Club.
• Keep supervisor aware of supply needs.
• Ensure that data entered is accurate and complete in system.
• Oversee all operations of the players club to ensure excellent customer service is
exhibited and all policies, procedures, rules and regulations are followed
• Participate in the preparation of periodic evaluations of club representatives
• Oversee/administer the execution of all drawings and promotions and ensure they are
conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Participate in special events as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of company, team member and guest information.
• Maintains staff schedule to optimize service levels and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

 

Physical/Mental Requirements:

 

• Constantly concentrating, remembering, paying attention to and observing details.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for duration of shift; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear and lift or move up to
25 pounds.


Working conditions:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and or move 25 pounds or more
• Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required
