Activities Specialist at the Eric Snow Family YMCA 

Qualifications:

Candidate must be highly motivated, creative and ambitious with strong youth development background, sense of health and wellness, customer service, commitment to building community.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Two years experience in the area of youth development, education, social services, community outreach
• Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment, with all that accompanies it.
• CPR, First Aid and AED training.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily activities. Includes STEM and CATCH program implementation
• Maintains an accurate system of records and reports
• Insure safety of program participants
• Program participant reward and incentive programs

Rate of Pay:

$13.80

Hours:

10-15 per week
