Job Description:
 
We are looking for Reports Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!

This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.

The officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in the functions of a Reports Officer or Collections Management Officer (CMO)

• Experience related to intelligence reporting and requirements work

• Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases

• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and implement solutions to reporting gaps

• Ability to manage the production of reports

• Ability to identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive collection operations through written products and briefings.

• Experience with intelligence sources and collections.

   

Qualifications:

• Level 2

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Tradecraft-related work experience 

  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph

• Level 3

  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Tradecraft-related work experience 

  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph

• Level 4

  • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Tradecraft-related work experience 

  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph

• Level 5

  • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Tradecraft-related work experience 

  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph

*** Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree ***

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
