Job Description:

Primary Function: Assists soccer coach with coaching duties during practice sessions and game play; participates in soccer team recruitment activities; assists with the preparation and administration of budget; and counsels team members on academic, individual, and team goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; at least two years of combined soccer playing and/or coaching experience at club, collegiate and/or professional level required. Student or volunteer coaching experience at the collegiate or club level will be considered. Goalkeeper experience preferred. Recruiting and fundraising at the collegiate level preferred. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference and the University of Northern Iowa.
