Easy Wedding is hiring a Pre-Sales Appointment Specialist to become the first voice our couples hear when they reach out. This is not a robotic, script-reading job — it's a meaningful role where empathy, speed, and smart communication directly impact the client journey.
You’ll be responsible for responding quickly to inbound leads, understanding each couple’s personal situation, and booking them with the right sales consultant. This is the entry point to our sales pipeline — your work sets the tone and quality of everything that follows.
You’ll handle calls, WhatsApp messages, CRM updates, and other touchpoints. You’ll collaborate daily with our Pre-Sales Team Lead, Sales Advisors, and Management to ensure every client feels heard and guided, not just “processed.”
This role is ideal for someone who has worked remotely before, thrives on clear communication, enjoys building trust fast — and is ready to make every conversation count.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in pre-sales, call centers, hospitality, or customer support (2–5 years)
Confident speaking and writing in English (accent is fine, energy matters more)
Available 5 days per week with a stable work schedule
Able to respond to leads within 1 minute (SLA) across WhatsApp, Botspace, and CRM
Familiar with remote work tools and customer messaging (calls, chat, CRM, email)
Comfortable listening, asking probing questions, and adapting — not just following a script
Reliable and consistent — not juggling side gigs, student classes, or other jobs
Female candidates (preferred) with a warm, proactive, and human tone on calls
Bonus if you’re based in Syria, the Philippines, or another remote market with stable internet and power.
