Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities




  • Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately using Ford diagnostic tools and procedures

  • Perform high-quality repairs on engines, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake systems

  • Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently to maximize flat-rate hours

  • Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance

  • Follow Ford manufacturer specifications and dealership repair standards on every job

  • Accurately document diagnostics, labor, and parts used on repair orders

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000 annually!
