Обязанности: Ensuring effective and timely execution of the commercial calendar. Supporting the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly trade marketing plans for the Snacks, Dairy, and Juice categories. Participating in the development of trade marketing activities. Executing trade activities effectively, including the production of in‑store materials and presenting initiatives to the sales team. Collaborating closely with partner agencies to develop effective trade marketing tools. Developing agreed planogram principles to ensure consistent in‑store standards. Supporting the development and implementation of commercial plans for launching and growing new products. Planning, executing, and monitoring specialized activities across different trade channels. Conducting regular field visits to evaluate execution quality and monitor competitor activities. Требования: Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Economics 2+ years of work experience in a similar field Fluency in Georgian; English at B2+ level Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Practical experience in analytics and reporting Strong communication skills Experience in category planning will be considered an advantage
