Job Description

Job Description – Relationship Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain good relationships with clients including local companies, major SOE and MNC to maximize the value of those relationships
  • Identify key contacts as potential client companies to establish and foster a relationship
  • Prepare individualized financial service package to each single VIP client
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices
  • Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
  • Work with other teams and seek opportunities to cross-sell banking products or upsell to existing clients
  • Set target, develop and execute a strategy to meet business goal on banking products including loans and deposits
  • Collect and analyze financial reports to complete due diligence for each project
  • Conduct fundamental industry and economy analysis to determine risk and make decisions for Project Finance deals
  • Design and formulate various financial reports to monitor the banks quantitative and qualitative performance of the region
  • Maintain relationship with other financial institutions, ICBC China branches and develop new business opportunities through their referrals.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business
  • 5+ years of experience in banking industry
