Job Description – Relationship Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships with clients including local companies, major SOE and MNC to maximize the value of those relationships
Identify key contacts as potential client companies to establish and foster a relationship
Prepare individualized financial service package to each single VIP client
Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices
Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs
Work with other teams and seek opportunities to cross-sell banking products or upsell to existing clients
Set target, develop and execute a strategy to meet business goal on banking products including loans and deposits
Collect and analyze financial reports to complete due diligence for each project
Conduct fundamental industry and economy analysis to determine risk and make decisions for Project Finance deals
Design and formulate various financial reports to monitor the bank’s quantitative and qualitative performance of the region
Maintain relationship with other financial institutions, ICBC China branches and develop new business opportunities through their referrals.
