Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)



Valley View Retirement Community



Full-Time • 6PM - 630AM • Every other weekend/holiday





Valley View is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care while guiding Nursing Assistants and supporting a safe, resident-centered environment. In this essential role, you will help ensure residents receive individualized, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do





  • Provide direct nursing care and oversee daily care delivered by Nursing Assistants




  • Supervise nursing assistant activities in accordance with state regulations and facility guidelines




  • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans




  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed




  • Complete clinical documentation, medication administration, and incident reporting accurately and timely





What You Bring



Required Qualifications





  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LPN/LVN program




  • Current, active, and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state




  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with strong communication skills




  • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Valley View





Preferred Qualifications





  • Medication administration and clinical nursing experience




  • Previous experience in long-term care or senior living
