All Saints Catholic School is currently seeking  an elementary grades Teacher’s Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year.  The Teacher Assistant supports the Teacher by helping to create a caring and safe environment for the children and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education. The Teacher Assistant must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment. The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic role model while supporting the mission of All Saints Catholic School.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in implementing the daily program.
• Treating each child with dignity and respect.
• Recognizing and considering the individual needs of each child.
• Helping children to learn and think creatively to solve problems.
• Supervising the classroom according to the plans of the teacher when necessary
• Fulfilling the role of the teacher in his/her absence
• Sharing with the teacher responsibility for maintaining the classroom.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications/Experience Required:

• High energy
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• An understanding of child development
•  Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Full time position (10 Months)
