Patterson Autos Group is looking for a highly organized and experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our accounting team! If you have EXTENSIVE automotive contract clerk accounting experience and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts
Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements
Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records
Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments
Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager

Qualifications:

Automotive contract billing experience required
Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills

The Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25 and $36.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
