WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU’D DO
The Brand & Commerce Video Producer is responsible for producing and maintaining a reliable pipeline of video content that supports product discovery, customer confidence, and online shopping. This role captures original product and brand footage, edits platform-native video assets, and helps ensure American Meadows has authentic, high-quality video content available across ecommerce, marketing, and social platforms.
You’ll work closely with marketing and brand teams to produce video assets that demonstrate real products, real gardens, and real outcomes — helping customers visualize how our plants and products perform in the real world.

Own the creation of long-form, documentary-style video content that demonstrates real-world impact and outcomes, building durable trust assets that support the brand beyond short-term campaign needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–5 years of experience producing or editing video content for digital marketing, social media, ecommerce, or content-driven brands.
- Demonstrated experience creating short-form, performance-driven video for channels such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, and/or paid social advertising.
- Experience capturing video using DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile cameras, including basic lighting and audio setup.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Confidence managing multiple production projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and brand teams to produce content aligned with campaign and product priorities.
- We’re gardeners – you should be too… or at least possess a thirst to learn!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position involves a mix of office-based work and occasional field production. Candidates should have the ability to:
- Sit or stand for extended periods while editing video or working at a computer workstation.
- Perform repetitive tasks, including typing, mouse use, and video editing.
- Utilize fine motor skills for operating computers, cameras, and other digital media equipment.
- Lift, carry, and set up video production equipment (such as cameras, tripods, lighting, or cases) weighing up to 25–50 pounds.
- Travel occasionally for on-location photo and video shoots.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions during filming or field capture.
- Read screens and documents with near vision accuracy.
- Hear and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings.
