Your Role

  • Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center

  • Utilize EPIC electronic medical records

  • Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs

  • Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night‑float rotation (Thursday‑to‑Thursday, weekdays 12‑hour shifts, weekends 24‑hour shifts, 30‑minute response time, two post‑rotation days off)

  • Seven weeks off annually, plus post‑night‑float days off

  • Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement

  • Participate in quality initiatives and community engagement

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License

  • Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
