Job Title: Outbound Telemarketing Supervisor – ATM ISO Sales 

Location:  Onsite – Green Bay 

Compensation:

Position Summary 

We are seeking a hands-on Outbound Telemarketing Supervisor to build, lead, and scale an internal sales development team focused on ATM placement and lead generation. 

This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of outbound callers who generate qualified leads and appointments for the ATM sales organization. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of ATM ISO experience, understands high-volume outbound environments, and can drive consistent pipeline generation through disciplined activity management. 

This is an onsite leadership role within a fast-growing ATM company, offering the opportunity to build a team from the ground up and directly impact revenue growth. 

 Key Responsibilities 

Team Build & Leadership 

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard outbound telemarketing representatives 
  • Develop scripts, call flows, and objection-handling frameworks specific to ATM placements 
  • Train team members on: 
  • ATM value proposition 
  • Target markets (retail, c-store, independent merchants) 
  • CRM usage and call tracking 

Performance Management 

  • Set and manage daily/weekly KPIs: 
  • Call volume 
  • Contact rate 
  • Lead conversion 
  • Appointment setting 
  • Monitor calls and provide real-time coaching and feedback 
  • Implement accountability structures and performance improvement plans as needed 

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development 

  • Oversee outbound campaigns targeting: 
  • Retail businesses 
  • Convenience stores 
  • High-traffic merchant locations 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of qualified leads to field sales team 
  • Refine targeting lists and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates 

Operations & Reporting 

  • Track and report on team performance metrics and pipeline contribution 
  • Maintain CRM integrity and reporting accuracy 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align on lead quality and conversion outcomes 

Required Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of experience in the ATM ISO industry 
  • Prior experience in: 
  • Outbound telemarketing 
  • Call center or inside sales environments 
  • Demonstrated ability to: 
  • Meet or exceed activity and lead generation targets 
  • Train or mentor junior team members 
  • Strong understanding of: 
  • ATM placement sales process 
  • Merchant acquisition strategies 
  • High level of organization, accountability, and communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience 
  • Experience building or scaling an outbound sales team 
  • Familiarity with: 
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  • Auto-dialers and call tracking software 
  • Background in merchant services or payments industry
