About the System Design Team
We are a global team responsible for delivering and testing end-to-end new features and content across FCM's key partner countries — spanning 14+ markets across EMEA and Asia. Our mission is to define a single, scalable delivery model while ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our technology systems.
Your Focus
Join FCTG Tech Hub and help us build, maintain, and document reliable test environments that power our global technology ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of travel technology, quality assurance, and systems configuration — gaining hands-on experience in a truly multinational environment.
Mission
Support the audit, setup, maintenance, and documentation of our testing environments across critical systems, while helping the team move toward a more structured and scalable approach to quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Test Environment Setup & Maintenance
Audit and configure stable test environments across OBTs (Cytric, Concur, Goelett...), Amadeus GDS, Back-office, and Profile Management systems
Ensure environments reflect production setup and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
📝 Documentation Development
Create and maintain clear documentation (configuration guides, test scenarios, setup procedures, troubleshooting playbooks)
Centralize all knowledge on Notion to ensure it is standardized and reusable across teams
🧪 Testing & Quality Support
Support functional testing across OBT, GDS, and back-office flows
Track defects in Azure DevOps and validate data consistency across systems (OBT → Amadeus → Back Office → Data)
💡 Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements around automation, documentation, and testing workflows
What You Bring
Pursuing a degree in IT, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
Technical mindset, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, autonomous, and fluent in English
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment — knowledge of business travel is a plus
