Innovation & Execution Excellence Specialist


Salary range: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross


 


Innovation & Execution Excellence Specialist acts as the operational engine for the brand/category, bringing the portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline to life in the market. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of the commercialization process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure new products and packaging updates are delivered accurately and on time. By managing the critical operational details, you are the key link that turns brand plans into market reality.


 


Key Responsibilities:


Launch Orchestration support (the ‘Project Lead’)



  • End-to-End Project Management: Serve as the central project manager support for all innovation and renovation projects. Own the timeline from "Product Lock" to "On-Shelf,"  ensuring no slippage in critical path milestones. 

  • New Launch Coordination & demand planning: supports in coordinating New Product demand definition and ensure launch on time and complete (ongoing demand management after launch to be managed by RM).

  • Supports Hub in Cross-Functional Alignment: support hub team in the connection between the Hub and the Division/Global Supply Chain, R&D, and Legal teams, translating commercial needs into operational actions.

  • Completes & coordinates notification of registration process for regionally developed new products (Cosmetic Notification Portal)


Creative Asset & Packaging Delivery



  • Artwork (AW) Execution: Manage the end-to-end packaging and artwork workflows, initiating the process once the regional design is available (provided by the EU Brand team, or by the

  • Hub Marketing Brand Manager in the case of a local project). Ensure regulatory compliance, manage translations, and secure timely release of assets to trade partners.


Portfolio / simplification execution



  • The "SKU Architect": Own the technical backbone of the brand. Responsible for new SKU creation, country pairings (determining which markets get which packs), and volume consolidation.

  • Complexity Management: Manage the simplification agenda by identifying low-performing SKUs for delisting to respect the "1 in 1 out" rule linked to any new sku creation, ensuring the portfolio remains efficient and profitable.


GTM / Innovation review Execution Support 



  • Toolkit execution: Support Hub Brand Manager to ensure the tools (trade box / samples / engagement tools) are delivered complete and on time for meeting with customers.

  • Be responsible for the production and delivery of those tools, coordinating countries' needs, in terms of quantities and timing. Be the point of contact of the EU Brand team for that topic.

  • Track & timely upload all e-commerce content for new & relaunched products (Stibo platform) 


 


Required Skills & Competencies



  • Operational Discipline: Possess an Execution Excellence mindset with an obsession for timelines, critical paths, and details.

  • Agility & Project Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (e.g., major NPD launches alongside packaging renovations) and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Commercial Architecture Mastery: Have deep, practical expertise in SKU logic, technical commercialization, and understanding exactly how a product physically reaches the market in multi-market clusters.

  • Collaborative Influence: Proven ability to drive progress across key support teams (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal) through influence rather than direct reporting authority.


 


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


Salary Range: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross monthly



The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.


Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance. 


The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
