Undergraduate Clinical Internship
Locations: Corvallis, Portland, Salem, Bend & The Dalles, OR
Work Setting: On-site opportunities available across all locations
Start Date: June 2026
Organization: Trillium Family Services
Compensation: Unpaid internship (employment-based opportunities may be discussed)

About the Internship
Trillium Family Services is seeking motivated undergraduate students for clinical internship placements beginning June 2026. This internship offers hands-on, on-site experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma and mental health challenges. Interns will be embedded within care teams and work under close clinical supervision in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical teams in providing in-person care to youth and families
  • Participate in treatment planning and implementation
  • Assist with clinical documentation
  • Engage with clients using trauma-informed approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and practice family engagement skills

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and in good standing in an undergraduate program that requires internship or clinical hours
  • Ability to participate in an on-site internship placement
  • Availability for placement in one of the following locations: Corvallis, Portland, Salem, Bend, or The Dalles

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with children (professional or volunteer)
  • Familiarity with professional work environments
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience or program planning
