Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Finish the machine in-house setup for production use such as handler/vision/tester file;完成产线机器的设置，比如分选机生产文件、光检系统生产文件以及测试机生产文件

2. Perform PM&CAL (take apart and assemble every module) following standard procedure independently; prepare PM&CAL standard procedure under mentor's guide;能够根据标准流程独立地完成PM&CAL（拆解以及装配每个模块），能够在导师的的指导下准备标准PM&CAL流程

3.Finish all type of handler conversions of working area independently ;能够独立完成所负责分选机的各种生产能力之间的转换
4.Study machine performance and reliability, puts forward simple OFI of machine ;研究机器的运行状态及可靠性，能够提出简单的OFI
5.Provide machine technical support to production line ;为产线提供设备相关技术支持

6. Support special requirement of production or engineer;支持产线或者工程师的特殊要求

7.Dispose production lot hold to EM group;处理扣留给EM部门的产品
8.Use Office software to summarize the raw data masterly ;熟练运用Office办公软件来总结原始数据

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Associate or above degree, majoring in Electronics or Mechanics is preferred;

大专及以上学历，机械或电子类相关专业优先

2.Maintenance technician/ engineer background; 
有设备维护相关工作经验者优先 

3.Good team work and computer skills;

良好的团队合作以及电脑技能

4.Good English in writing/reading;

英语读写良好

5.Good communication skills and problem solving skill;

良好的沟通技能及解决问题的能力
