Overview
A fast-paced, customer-focused dealership, seeking a highly organized Service Scheduler to coordinate appointments, proactively communicate with customers, and keep our service schedule running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Proactively contact customers to confirm, follow up, and fill open schedule gaps
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
- Support team to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
- Prior scheduling/administrative experience preferred
